Our neighborhood knows how to celebrate Halloween. We have a carnival and everything is free! There are at least 20 games, small rides for the little ones, a haunted garage, live music and dancing, with dinner and treats. Everything is volunteer and about 1,000 attended this year. Families dress up and it's alot of fun. We also like to sit outside while handing out candy because we live in fabulously warm Arizona. And even though it is perfect weather, having a little fire to warm your hands is really nice!
