A CENTURY TO REMEMBER!

Well our trip to the Wilson Reunion started out with a BANG! Twenty miles outside of Flagstaff our radiator cracked. Here is our tow truck. Mike and the girls rode in the truck.

Chay and Laurie rode backwards with the car on the tow truck. It was a memory all right!

So we rented a car and left ours to be repaired.

It took us 15 hours to get to Park City. Thank heaven the kids were pleasant to travel with!

We stayed at the Westgate resort in Park City. It was beautiful but built like a maze. You needed a map to get to anywhere.
Olympic village was a blast. We did two ziplines and the alpine slides!

April with Josie. We want to send a HUGE shout out to Josie to say thank you for all you did to organize this reunion. She put in so much time and energy to make it such a memorable success! We all know there were some headaches involved. Thank you for dealing with them for everyone. We appreciate all you have done!

Taina put together a great-great grandchildren & great grandchildren collage.

Last year Lilly decided she wanted to fly from Idaho to Arizona, all by herself! So plans were made and Joy and Lilly came to visit us for the 4th of July.

They were welcomed by one of our warm monsoon rainstorms. We drove down the street with the sunroof open and the windows down! Arizona rain is warm and fun to play in.

Princess Lilly

Lilly's one request was that we swim everyday. So we did, even if it was late at night.

Chay teaching the girls how to flip.

Mike grilling for our 4th of July feast.

Mmm goood!

Lilly didn't know how to swim. So with alot of coaxing and incouragement she finally was brave enough to take the plunge! Three days later she started holding her breath under water. She turned into a mermaid and now can swim across the pool! Wow! Way to go Lilly!!!!!
Well what can I say about the 4th of July in Arizona? If you are not in the water it is hot, hot, and hot. The only good thing is the people you are with. It was just a reminder of why we enjoy spending it in Utah! Here we are trying to see fireworks. It's the closest we could get. Millions of people trying to see the only show in town. We should have brought binoculars. We won't even mention the traffic with hot frustrated drivers! But it was a memory.

Trudy went out of town for her birthday, so we came over everyday to play with Brady and Boomer. Thanks for letting us use the pool!
